Jazalyn Williams: Founder
I’m Jazalyn Williams, a proud native of Compton, California. From growing up on the West Side of Compton to becoming a dedicated mother of two, my journey has been shaped by resilience and determination. Along the way, I’ve faced and overcome numerous challenges, each one teaching me valuable lessons that have contributed to my growth and success.
Today, I stand as a successful entrepreneur, committed to providing the same support, resources, and opportunities that empowered me to reach my fullest potential. My experiences have shaped me into the best version of myself, and I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
Naequana Session : Co Founder / Board Member
My name is Nae Session, and I was born in Inglewood, California, and raised in the vibrant communities of Watts and Long Beach. From an early age, I found solace and inspiration in music—it became my refuge and a powerful outlet for navigating the challenges of my environment.
My passion for music has always been intertwined with a deep desire to uplift others. Drawing from my personal experiences, I am committed to giving back and empowering the communities that shaped me. Through mentorship, providing resources, and fostering connections through music, I strive to create opportunities for the next generation.
Together, we can rise above challenges, break barriers, and build a future where every voice is heard, and every dream has the chance to flourish.
Sharonn Davis: Co-Founder/ Board Member
Born and raised in Compton, California, Sharonn Yvonne Davis embodies resilience, leadership, and service. A proud graduate of California State University, Northridge (CSUN), she holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Leadership. From a young age, Sharonn demonstrated a natural ability to lead and a relentless determination to overcome challenges, shaping her into the impactful individual she is today.
Sharonn’s ultimate mission is to serve and inspire others, empowering them to thrive in every aspect of life. Her dedication to community service is evident in the way she lives and leads by example. Whether mentoring, advocating, or organizing initiatives, Sharonn’s efforts are driven by her unwavering passion for making a difference.

Housing Resources & Assistance Program
1 Emergency housing referrals and support for families facing homelessness or housing insecurity.
2 .Rental assistance for those struggling to keep up with rent payments.
3. Long-term housing solutions include financial literacy classes and homeownership assistance.
4. Partnerships with local landlords, property owners, and housing developers for affordable housing options.
Food Assistance Program
1. Provides free meals, groceries, and pantry items to families in need.
2. Weekly food distribution days at local community centers and through home
deliveries.
3. Partner with local food banks, farmers, and grocers to source nutritious and culturally appropriate food.
Community Engagement & Education Program
1. Organizing community events, resource fairs, and informational sessions to help families connect with available services.
